Northeast Family Services is a premier mental health provider with over 20 years of experience providing services to children, youth, and families. Our new program, Building Bridges, assists in bridging the gap between home, school, and mental health needs. We work collaboratively with the school and client, as well as their family, to provide wrap-around services that are client-centered.

Our Behavior Support Specialists provide psychoeducation, behavior management support, and rehabilitative support via telehealth, in schools, or in the client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence based practices that promote a families' strengths!

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field
• Bilingual required
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle preferred
• Bilingual Preferred

Compensation (Based on experience and credentials):

• Full Time Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
• Fee for Service: $25-$30 per hour
