As we continue to grow, we are seeking to hire a dynamic and motivated Billing specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of client bills for assigned clients and matters. - Prepare/Review/Process monthly invoices
- Manage the status of accounts and balances thorough reports on billing activity with reliable data to identify inconsistencies.
- Adhere to strict timelines and invoicing requirements prior to invoice submissions
- Respond to client inquiries
- Review pre-bills, generating accurate invoices and encouraging cyclical billing practices
- Regularly follow up on unbilled accounts, ensuring that all functions are completed timely and with high service levels
- Assist invoicing team and perform other accounting functions as needed
- 2+ years of experience in non-medical billing and customer account maintenance.
- Strong computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to self-direct, prioritize tasks and work with minimum supervision and with Individuals at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- This position is Full-Time (currently in office).
