Boiler/Water Heater Maintenance Technician

Immediate Opening: Full-Time Boiler MaintenanceTechnician in the Los Angeles Area of California. (Training Provided)
We are interested in a quality, career minded technician to join our team.
Boiler Maintenance Technician's day to day activity include:
Working with our clients in the hotel and restaurant industries, as well as apartment complexes on Raypack, Laars, Lochinvar, RBI Hot Water Boiler Equipment and Noritz, Takagi, and Rheem Water Heaters.
- Drive to our customer's site and perform maintenance and emergency repairs on Boilers and Water Heaters.
- Complete all necessary repairs on customer's job sites.
- Descale 30 to 200-gallon Water Heaters.
- Communicate with dispatcher of status of job etc.
Qualifications:
- Currently have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- A strong team-player with excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to accept written and verbal direction from supervisors and dispatchers.
- Must be physically able to perform all necessary job responsibilities.
- Must pass pre-employment Drug Screening process, clear Criminal Background Check and pass E-Verify Screening prior to hiring.
Benefits:
- Annual Pay $53k to $80k, based on experience. This is position is available for training/apprentice
- Core Work period is Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
- Service Truck, Insurance and Fuel costs provided after completion of training period (for Company Use Only).
- Flexible Paid PTO (range 96 hrs. to 176 hrs. each year).
