THE POSITION

DHP is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) for an inside sales position calling nationwide. The BDM is responsible for developing new customer leads while maintaining, expanding, and closing sales opportunities.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Developing new leads by cold calling independent dental offices
  • Growing business within a designated territory utilizing your own combination of wit, charm, tenacity, dedication, salesmanship, and grace under pressure
  • Managing your territory and making business decisions while maintaining a profitable gross profit margin
  • Displaying readiness to close the sale, whenever and wherever the opportunity exists
  • Operating in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing responsibilities and staying organized

What you’ll need…

· High School degree or equivalent required

· 1+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales

· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask and be effective in high-pressure environments
  • Demonstrated motivation to build and maintain strong business relationships, identify customer needs, and grow revenue

THE LOCATION

The BDM will be employed at our branch office in Houston, TX. Exceptional candidates will be considered for home-based positions anywhere within the USA.
