Zolve Business Leader - Job Description

Zolve Business Leader Program is created for current Fall ‘22 semester college students. Business leaders are passionate about helping students build their credit score, spread the importance of credit building , leaders among their peers, and experts on campus life. They are responsible for identifying opportunities to showcase Zolve bank & credit products on their campus and educating their peers on the benefits of Zolve.

Zolve is looking for current undergraduate and graduate college students to represent Zolve on the campus. This is a paid, part-time Independent Contractor role with Zolve
What You’ll Gain:

Who You Are:

• Full-time undergraduate or graduate student during Fall ‘22 semesters

• Able to commit 5 hrs every week for 6 to 10 weeks of program (starting date and duration of the program vary by campus)

• Well-connected on campus with a strong network of campus activities, involved in student organisations, active on social media and trusted by your peers

• Possess strong, engaging, and influential communication and presentation skills

• Willing to talk about/promote the Zolve products on public personal social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

• Willing to man the booths/stalls and distribute flyers/pamphlets during the events

What You’ll Do:

• Promote Zolve credit cards on your campus for 5 hours each week, for 6 to 10 weeks during Fall 2022 semesters

• Meet minimum biweekly target of 40 card activations or monthly target of 80 card activations

• Identify on-campus events where you can showcase Zolve by hosting engaging activities and Man the booths and distribute flyers during these events.

• Create and publish creative Prime Student content on your personal, public Instagram

• Attend two weekly 30-minute status calls and report on all activity by submitting event plans, recaps, and social media screenshots

Additional Requirements:

• Full-time undergraduate and graduate student

• Available to start prior to your campus’ Fall Welcome Week (dates vary by campus)

• Able to receive and store program deliveries including event materials

• Not currently engaged in another ambassador program

Payments T&C:

• $200 bi-weekly stipend and $10 referral bonus per sign-up will be credited to the credit card account of the ambassador as cashback. This cashback will be automatically redeemed against the card spends

• Ambassadors are allowed to miss only one biweekly target of 40 sign-ups, by a margin of 15 sign-ups., ie., at least 25 sign-ups need to be done to get a $200 stipend. If the second consecutive bi-weekly target of 40 sign-ups is missed, then $200 biweekly stipend for that period will not be paid

• Once bi-weekly targets are met, pay-outs will be done on the next working Thursday.

Pay: $200.00 - $1,200.00 per month

• 4 hour shift
