As a Direct Support Professional you will provide assistance and instruction on completing tasks that most people take for granted. Professionals who provide this help and training are known as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). DSPs provide support to people who have a variety of disabilities and may need assistance across a wide range of tasks, including transportation, personal care, cooking, and cleaning. The goal is to help people achieve a more comfortable level of independence.

At this time we are able to pay out quarterly bonuses to Direct Care Staff on top of their hourly rate. This bonus amount will be $2.50/hour for DDD services. Hourly rate $14-$15/hr plus $2.50/hr bonus paid quarterly. This makes total pay rate $16.50-$17.50/hour. Paid training is provided to all new staff. A variety of part-time, full-time, and on-call shifts are available. Flexible hours. Hiring Immediately. Is this right for you?

• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must be 18 years of age or older; 21 yrs + for positions requiring a driver
• Must be able to pass state required background checks
• Must pass AIRES required trainings. (These include FA/CPR, Prevention & Support, Article IX plus AIRES trainings)
• Valid Arizona driver’s license for certain positions requiring you to drive
