- Performs business development & implements future growth initiatives
- Creates and manages annual sales and internal marketing plans to drive revenue
- Develops Strategic partnerships with vendors to delivery unique user experiences
- Conducts weekly sales & business review meetings assessing company pipelines
- Develops and implements training materials to ensure a successful sales process throughout the client portfolio
- Develops content for online marketing collateral to increase followers
- Analyzes market trends to ensure we are in line with the marketplace
- Creates and monitor analytics from existing business and potential pipeline
- Works in tandem with a third-party events team for timely execution of client event proposals
- Develops strategies to increase market share from competitors and users who are unaware of our services
- Coordinates the annual revenue budget and Marketing Plan
- Develops networking opportunities through active participation in community and internal employee resource groups and external professional associations activities and events
- Develops and implements success metrics for the execution of events in comparison to the vision
- Follows through with event hosts for feedback and future sales opportunities
- Ensures successful event execution
- Builds professional relationships with key site service users to foster confidence and build organizational trust.

- Able to work in a matrix work environment and being accountable and collaborating with operations, excellence, clients, other vendors, finance, and other departments as needed to successfully lead this program.
- Collaborates throughout the client organization with individuals who play a role in the success of the catering department
- Coordinates activities with other internal departments. Participates in/leads management team meetings.
- Interfaces with vendors and key service users within client organizations.
- Coordinates with clients regarding inquiries for hosting high end or large/ custom events.
- Sets and mentors the expectation of hospitality that is friendly and engaging to exemplify the Food Program in every cafe.
- Provides high level partnership with our client partner (FPMs) to achieve operational excellence.
- Communicates with our partner honestly, accurately and in a timely manner
- Meets all timelines for quarter and year-end reports given by our partner and Sector Employer, pertaining to their respective projects.
- Must have a bachelor's degree or the equivalent of 7 years of work experience in a similar role
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and marketing experience
- Demonstrates experience using basic computer software, previous knowledge of CaterTrax or a similar catering software and Google Suite a plus
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
- Can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Creates and builds positive and productive relationships
- Hotel multi-unit catering experience preferred
- Management experience with remote teams
- Has a passion for excellence, service, hospitality, and dining experiences.
- Well organized with outstanding coordination and multitasking ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, responsible, dependable, and capable of fulfilling obligations and has a deep desire to anticipate, engage and satisfy customer needs.
- Uses a systematic approach to problem-solving
- Always promotes positive guest and co-worker relations
- Can calmly and effectively adapt to constructive feedback in high-stress environments
- Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
- Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code.
- Employees must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.
