Store Leader:

doing smartphone repairs and sales or if you are eager to start, we want YOU
to join the Quick Mobile Repair team!

The Company:
Quick Mobile Repair is a local smartphone and computer
repair store known for our 15-20 minute iPhone Repairs and unmatched
customer service. We began operations in 2012 with a table in the back of a
smoke shop and quick growth led to us opening our first location in
Scottsdale, AZ. Currently, we have expanded to five retail locations in the
greater Phoenix area with our first franchised locations in Utah opening soon.
We pride ourselves in standing out above our competitors by providing all of
our clients with top-quality and cost-effect repair solutions for smartphones,
tablets, desktops, laptops and video games consoles of a large variety of
brands and models. We are a small business that is growing looking to add
more employees with our expansion so if you like problem solving and

The Position:

We’re looking for self-motivated and driven individuals to join
our team as a Store Leader with specific duties including location
management, as well as cell phone / computer repair and device sales.

We offer in-store commissions on accessories and other products.

Store leaders are eligible for large monthly store bonuses

We offer employee discounts on various products and services.

Requirements:

  • Repair experience is REQUIRED, you will receive further training for the position.
  • Previous customer service experience is REQUIRED as well as knowledge of
  • iOS, Mac OS, Android, and Windows operating systems.
  • We are a small business that is growing looking to add more employees with our expansion.
  • Friendly and personable, able to both follow directions and lead Tech Gurus.
  • Ability to work independently with good time management.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability.
  • Ability to manage various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work 48-50 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Volume Responsibilities.
  • Leading the repair team and coordinating various responsibilities.
  • Keeping track of daily sales figures.
  • Tracking of inventory orders including specialty ordered parts.
  • Ensuring all repairs are completed on time for maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for transferring customer devices requiring specialty services
  • such as soldering and laser glass removal between stores.
  • Responsible for training repair specialists.
  • Knowledge of all available services and explaining them to customers.
  • Completing various device repairs in a timely matter.
  • Booking and managing customer appointments.
  • Coordinating customer and various other tasks simultaneously.
  • Diagnosing and servicing smart phones, computers, tablets and game consoles.
  • Customer relations including but not limited to explaining services rendered.
  • Selling various accessories, protection plans and products.
