and/or back office staff with policies and procedures. Responsible for supervising the ordering and stocking of
front and back office supplies to maintain adequate PAR levels. Constantly monitors patient flow and makes
staffing adjustments/decisions as necessary to maintain customer service. May provide coverage during front
and/or back office staffing shortages. Preparation of check requests for accounts payable, input of payroll
information, preparation of management reports as directed. Responsible for maintaining current licenses for
licensed staff. May perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: High School or equivalent.
CERTIFICATION: BLS.
EXPERIENCE: Previous supervisory experience; knowledge of general front and/or back office skills and
medical office procedures; leading medical assistants/LVNs in a Primary Care and/or Urgent Care setting;
prior experience in correspondence, payroll, assisting with administrative tasks, accounts payable, filing;
demonstrate excellent customer skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills; computer experience and
knowledge of computer applications, practice management systems.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field or Business Management

EXPERIENCE: Experience working in a health care office managing daily operations; bilingual Spanish-
English speaking and writing; experience in a teaching environment with medical students and residents;
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
