We are a mobile cardiovascular facility seeking a PER DIEM, traveling certified Medical Assistant/Front Desk Events Receptionist.

The applicant must be tech-savvy and efficient when processing patient insurance and information. Our patients are our number one priority for our practice. Our cardiac events are held on our state-of-the-art cardiac RV vans. We operate across different counties in Southern Florida (Palm Beach and Broward County) and at times across, Northern and Central Florida as needed.

Pay to be discussed at time of interview.

***This is a Per diem (as needed) work and candidate must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation. Travel accommodation and other perks associated with this travel position work will be discussed upon interview***

Duties

• Process insurance and patient information in the system
• Scanning/printing of patients forms/documents
• Perform vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration)
• Perform EKGs
• Taking blood samples from patients
• Assist with Stress Testing
• Prepare and administer injections

Requirements

• 2+ years experience
• MA certification or completion of an MA program required
• CPR certified
• Experienced in phlebotomy
• Experience performing EKGs a plus
• Stress test experience a plus
• Tech-savvy
• Quick and efficient worker
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude, a friendly demeanor and a caring mindset
