PetMedic Urgent Care Vet Clinic is looking to add an experienced Client Service Representative to our team. We have a welcoming, positive work environment and a brand- new state of the art facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner
• Warmly greets clients and provide exceptional service
• Entering new client information into the computer system
• Following opening and closing procedures
• Prepares client invoices for services performed
• Handles payment transactions
• Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year client service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills required
• Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment
• Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people
• Strong organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing
• Must be a people person who is kind and caring to all staff and clients
