Job description
Under the general supervision of the Clinical Dietitian Manager, provides optimal nutritional care for all patients. Develops, implements, monitors and evaluates nutritional treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team. Documents nutritional services provided. Participates as a health care team member and supervises the activities of support personnel.
This is a full time position, 8am-4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Rotating weekends and Holidays
Requirements:Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition or Nutrition related.
Experience with outpatient or long-term care preferred
Computer Skills
Ability to use computer: type/keyboard
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Current Illinois license in Licensed Dietitian Nutrition or License Eligible for new graduates.
Must possess current registration as a Registered Dietitian in the State of Illinois.
