The Cardiovascular Program Manager and Coordinator will play a strategic role in the short- and long-term development of the Cardiac Services. This medical center is STEMI Receiving center and Stroke Certified hospital. This important Nursing Management position will report to the Chief Nursing Officer.

For major cardiovascular program decisions, the Nurse CV Program Coordinator is responsible for outlining and managing expectations, ensuring an understanding of the defined product lines within the Cardiovascular Service Line, targeting clinical resources toward the service line, and facilitating the “right technology” strategy. The Nurse or Nurse Practitioner CV Coordinator is accountable for collaborating with members of the health care team to design, implement, and measure safe, cost-effective, evidence-based care strategies. The CV Coordinator directs staff development and education regarding cardiovascular care at all levels throughout the continuum. This hospital is known to offer a collaborative work environment for both nurses and physicians. The Cardiac Program Manager/Coordinator will work closely with the Medical Director for Cardiovascular Services.
