For over 60 years Lorne G. Seifert, LLC has been providing concrete construction services to general contractors and owners in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Our in-house capabilities have grown over the years with the ability to handle all aspects of a project from foundations, flatwork, exterior concrete to excavation and grading.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

We are seeking highly motivated Concrete Carpenters for our growing concrete business based in Dillsburg, PA. Work is primarily in Central PA and surrounding areas.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Completes all cast in place concrete form work, such as forming, footings, steps, walls, piers, slab construction joints, column boxes, etc.
• Forms footers (i.e. Set forms, layout, set anchor bolts etc.)
• Ties rebar as necessary
• Responsible for jobsite cleanup at the end of each day
• Performs all other duties as assigned by foreman and/or project manager
• Assists in relative laborer tasks as/when necessary
• Follows OSHA rules and regulations
  
• Follows all company rules, regulations, policies, guidelines, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently and repetitively
• Ability to read and understand blueprints preferred but not required
• Must be experienced able to use all tools related to trade
• Must be reliable and willing to work overtime as required
