What does a great Contact Center Support Associate do?

You will work directly with customers and troubleshoot remote deposit and digital check scanner products. You’ll have frequent contact with external customers, vendors, and internal team members. Supporting high call volume caseloads, you will have the opportunity to ensure great customer experience!

What you will do:


  • Provide escalation level technical support.
  • Respond to inquiries that are highly complex in nature and diagnose issues.
  • Support application, IT hardware and software products.
  • Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps.
  • Own issue resolution and coordination with external resources including product development, external software. and hardware partners.

What you need to have:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting software or hardware
  • High school diploma or equivalent

What would be great to have:
  • Experience providing support via remote desktop
  • Knowledge of firewalls and drivers

Hybrid Schedules:

You can look forward to working with your colleagues in the office three days a week and two days remotely.
