RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create copy for emails, newsletters, websites, SMS/MMS messaging, call scripts and more
- Develop and implement creative marketing and communication strategies for target audiences
- Learning about the target audience and tailoring content to their unique needs
- May be required to perform some editing tasks and revisions to help adhere to the company-style guide and brand voice
- Speaking with internal and external parties to learn about their content needs
- Maintain knowledge of best practices for candidate engagement, including knowledge of SEO and content marketing
- Actively advocate for excellence in Candidate Communications
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing and Web Experience team members, such as UX, Merchandising and Marketers
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience producing copy for marketing campaigns
- Ability to interpret information and conduct research as needed
- Available portfolio of published web content (articles, pages, press releases, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Journalism or related field
- Detail-oriented and deadline-focused, with the ability to spot errors
- Demonstrated expertise in writing compelling and creative copy for both short-form (emails, SMS/MMS) and long-form content (SEO-focused articles)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience writing for candidates or employees
- Experience with modern CMS tools
- 2-3 years work as Staff Copywriter for a Creative Agency or large corporation
