We have 11 clinics located throughout the River Region, 2 mobile clinics, and 4 school-based clinics in partnership with Montgomery Public SchoolsHSI is looking for an experienced Courier/Driver to join our team. The Courier is responsible for processing requisitions, ordering supplies, processing and delivering orders, and maintaining records related to these functions.
This position typically works a standard schedule of 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, however, schedule adjustments may be necessary based on need.
Duties include:
- Prepares office and medical supply forms requisitions for ordering.
- Prepares inter-company supplies for delivery, including preparation of a list of goods to be delivered and signed for by department personnel when delivered
- Maintains records of deliveries of supplies to departments at clinic locations.
- Maintain records of form usage by form number, including the printer used and normal order quantities. Maintains a binder containing original copies of each form used by the organization.Delivers supplies to al) clinic locations, as needed.
- Performs periodic inventories of supplies on hand as requested by the Purchasing/Accounts Payable Manager and the Controller.
- Picks up packages from the Post Office as needed.
- Must have a High School Diploma; Technical training a plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.
