Shifts : 6am – 2:30pm or 9:30am – 6pm and every other weekend 6am – 2:30pm.

The Customer Service Coordinator should possess the following list of qualities to qualify as a Hospitality Services customer support person:


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the prioritization of daily assignments as directed by the department supervisor or director; as well as perform various other support tasks to aid the Service Response supervisor other departments that make up Hospitality Services.
  • Accurately inputs Service Response Center calls and able to pull reports, perform routine audits and disclose variances.
  • Competent in using and monitoring systems, able to pull reports, accurately file and organize charts and disclose variances.
  • Respond to patients and customers politely and courteously when taking phone calls
  • Assist Service Response supervisor with rental equipment ordering and reconciliation, maintaining dept. logs and menus
  • Responsible for Service Dept rounding and maintenance of Stericylce record book.
  • Assists with follow through with patient meals
  • Receives and transfers calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Provides follow-up calls as needed.
  • Assist Service Response supervisor with New Hire Onboarding.
  • Understands scope of all departments’ services to better respond to requests, transfer calls to appropriate personnel, provide follow up calls as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Some College or Associates Degree preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Must possess outstanding customer service skills
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Comfortable with multi-taking
