Our growing team is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be:

Job Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative supports our clientele while contributing administrative support to the Reno office. CSR is responsible for handling calls from customers regarding pest control services, invoicing, schedules services and reports directly to the General Operations Manager. This is achieved through the main job responsibilities, as follows:

• Communicate with customers and field technicians
• Review contracts to determine correct service
• Assist in month-end close process
• Answer calls from customers, vendors, and employees
• Resolve customer complaints via phone or email
• Track and record checks, credit cards, ACH, and cash received
• Accurately bill customers monthly
• Work with customer to collect delinquent payments
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year customer service experience
• Scheduling, preferred
• Pass background check
• Invoicing experience, preferred
• Microsoft office (Excel, word, email)
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Drug-free (pre-employment drug screening to be performed)
