This position reports to: Vice President, Program Management

The Primary Role of the Data Analyst is to support the client & Program Management reporting needs. Responsibilities include working on strategic, data driven projects. Compiling, tracking, and executing deliverables related to reporting to drive program optimization, improved compliance, and customer satisfaction. Monitors the trend of key performance indicators, and works collaboratively with Reporting & Program Management Team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Utilization of Prime Numbers Technology and Data Service for reporting.
  • Analyze and communicate complex data in comprehensive ways.
  • Collect Customer requirements and design reports to meet data analysis needs.
  • Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Implement and maintain standardized global data collection processes.
  • Create and maintain supporting data and reporting process documentation.
  • Contributes and participates in business review strategy.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Travel Industry experience preferred but not required
  • 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience

PC Skills:

MS Office Tools

Language Skills:

Ability, to communicate in standard business English both written and spoken. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small group situations to customer, clients and other employees of the organization.

Travel

  • Requires ability to travel by car, plane and train for prolonged periods of time domestically and internationally and to move and transport personal luggage.
