Job description
Full time Executive Team Management position working with GLRC services in the Central Upper Peninsula. Responsible for coordination, leadership, development, and oversight for service systems involving residential, outpatient, community, and recovery housing programming. This position is a valued member of the agency leadership team and requires a background in working with substance abuse and behavioral health. Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or psychology, preferred;
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and ability to integrate administrative and clinical care across service modalities. This position will work directly with GLRC clinicians and managers for implementation of clinical services, protocols, and service delivery. This position requires strong working knowledge in substance abuse, behavioral health, and integrated medical care.
Prior work experience should include three years related work experience in a behavioral health setting.
Wage will commensurate with experience.
