We are currently looking for energetic, hardworking, friendly, outgoing Mortgage Processing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales to ensure mortgage applications are originated efficiently so that loans are in compliance with all Company and regulatory requirements, especially as it pertains to processing
• Train, develop, and enhance performance management for a team of Processors, meeting with them on regular basis to ensure open, productive communication
• Review files for compliance with underwriting guidelines, and state and federal reporting guidelines
• Manage pipeline priority list
• Speak to clients and update them on their application in process
• Ensure all loans advance on the established timeline in order to close on time
• Maintain a positive work environment by developing helpful relationships with additional team stakeholders: mortgage loan officers, mortgage servicers, underwriters, and mortgage operations manager/branch managers to ensure a smooth loan process
