We are looking for a motivated Environmental Services Supervisor in New Castle, IN

This EVS Supervisor role reports directly to the General Manager onsite. Supervises 5 off site clinical buildings.

Providing leadership to management and housekeeping team for EVS operations. Must be able to pass a drug test, and background check.

• Responsible for leading an hourly workforce and duties include recruiting, mentoring, and corrective action when needed.

• Drive client and resident satisfaction scores
• Provide a clean, safe environment for residents and staff
• ability to collaborate with hospital staff within all departments
• Thorough understanding and compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies.

• Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to provide world-class service.

• Monitor and maintain operating budgets such as payroll, supplies, equipment, and hospital budgets

• 3 years of leadership experience in long-term care, hospital, or relative housekeeping role leading an hourly workforce preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle confidential information.
• Stellar customer service background

Salary: $20.00 an hour

Schedule:

Shift: 5pm-1am

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
