Machine Operator - $19.00 - $20.25

*Must be flexible to work any shift.* Training will be on 1st shift then will move to 2nd or 3rd shift.

The Machine operator ensures efficient machine operation to produce quality product through completion of routine tasks following specific work instructions/job training.

Walk In Hours: Monday - 1pm-3pm

Tuesday - Thursday 9am-11am / 1pm-3pm.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate single and multi-station coater(s), including products being deemed to require high skill levels, such as those used in the signature panel and engraveable plaque businesses

Utilize written production Run Sheets to prepare production equipment for safe, efficient production

Maintain proper written production, quality and inventory documentation

Maintain production documentation on AS400 system

Utilizing quality control procedures, follow documented instructions on testing procedures and processes vs. established standards

Change production equipment set-ups, including cylinders, rubber rollers and film

Material handling duties, including forklift use and computer transactions

Make machine adjustments

Clean and maintain all equipment.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Pre-employment drug screen and background check

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Ability to use tape measures, scales, micrometers, LEL Meters, pyrometers, high speed mixers, hand tools and hoists.

Schedule/Shift Details

• 1st shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm – Monday – Friday ($19.00)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm – Monday – Friday ($19.75)
• 3rd shift: 11:00pm- 7:30am – Monday – Friday ($20.25)
