Job description
Summary of Position: This position is responsible for the application of fertilizer and pesticides, performing aerations and record keeping. Technicians must demonstrate a high degree of customer service and customer interaction performed in a friendly manner. In addition, other duties will be assigned during downtime.
Hours of Work: Normal work hours are 30 - 50 hours per week, First shift, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
Required Licenses: A valid Wisconsin driver's license is required. A current 3.0 turf and landscape applicators license is preferred.
Required Experience: A minimum of one year's experience with pesticide application is preferred.
The following duties are included for this position:
- Must be able to lift, turn, bend and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work independently and follow up with customers as needed.-
- Strong customer service skills are a necessity.-
- Participate in Spring and Fall cleanups as required.-
- Other duties as assigned.
