We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our growing team! We are a small business with lots of opportunity for talented individuals to come in at the ground level and advance to positions of higher responsibility faster than in more established organizations.

Position Description:

This member of the team offers all of our services to potential customers to protect their homes from pests. The foundation for this position is rooted in people that like a fast paced, outdoor environment where being personable and welcoming are key to success. We treat each other and prospective clients like family. This position does have leads that are provided however, canvassing and door knocking are also a big part of this position. ​Qualifications:

Performing general physical activities that require use of your arms and legs & moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting (up to 50lbs), balancing, walking, crawling, stooping, & handling of materials and equipment. MUST be able to work in an outdoor setting during all seasons in central Florida.

• Pest Control experience preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Desire to change your life for the better
• Grow and learn new skills
• Capable of managing yourself
• Commitment to achieving your goals and dreams
• HS Degree or GED Equivalent
• Valid Florida Drivers’ License with Good Driving Record
• Pass a background check
• Drug Testing (initially and random)

Pay: $36,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
