SUMMARY
Ensures timely and accurate completion of client orders, manages the flow of communications, orders, and shipments
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Employees must spend over 50% of their time on these duties;
Schedules appointments with custodians of records.
Digitizes documents into the system.
Constantly updates location/database information for highest level of accuracy.
Sorts and processes mail.
Answers incoming calls from custodians and clients.
Creates status updates of orders by performing data entry.
Prepares records for shipment.
Ensures that orders are processed and documented accurately.
Coordinates efforts with other departments to handle client issues.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Retrieves office mail from a PO Box.
Other duties and special projects as assigned.

COMPUTER SKILLS
