The Exercise Coach® is hiring one part-time Coach for our private strength training studio in Flower Mound. Duties will include:
- Consulting potential clients about their goals & introducing them to The Exercise Coach methodology
- Leading & coaching clients through individual and small-group sessions
- Tracking results for clients
- Managing studio & client scheduling
- Tracking studio metrics such as lead flow, conversion, retention & client satisfaction.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Private, by appointment only studio is MicroShield certified. Hand sanitizing stations; extremely low-density environment and all machines are cleaned between each use.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Personal training: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- AED Certification (Preferred)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
