Career Position Description

As a Beauty Strike Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the first face of the brand when customers walk in! As a front desk associate you will answer store phone calls, schedule appointments for treatments such as laser hair removal and facials. You must maintain open, direct, and professional communication with all staff members. Be open to other duties around customer service and the customer experience as assigned.

Applicant Eligibility

• Must be 18 years and older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be located in NYC (Brooklyn Preferred)
• Must Sign NDA
• In-depth knowledge of Gmail, Acuity, Booker, Groupon, Shopify POS.
• Must be available to work 5-8 hours per day in person at our retail store in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.

Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: $14.00 to $18.00 /hour
Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Retail: 1 year (preferred)

Front desk or Admin: 1 year (Preferred)

REQUIREMENTS TO WORK

• Must be open to get temperature checked daily
• Must report any fever like symptoms
