NOTE: This is a seasonal opportunity with the potential to transition to other properties in the future. Tammah - Yellowstone's season runs May-September.

Tammah is looking for adventurous and an ambitious hospitality and outdoor recreation professional to help manage the operations of its recently launched off-grid location this summer.

In June 2022 we launched our first off-grid glamping location (“Tammah – Yellowstone”) near Henry’s Lake, ID. This location is intended to serve as the flagship location for a collection of upscale resorts, offering an elevated but accessible camping experience to meet the growing interest in unique outdoor lodging in the Mountain West region. We are looking to expand rapidly and your efforts at this location will be key to this goal. Other longer term developments underway include a luxury wellness retreat in East Zion, upscale glamping in Jackson Hole, and a spacious upscale RV park near Lake Powell.

Primary candidate responsibilities entail:

• Manage on the ground operations team (4-5 individuals)
• Manage on the ground operations (guest check-in/check out, help with housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)
• Ensure that the grounds are clean, well maintained, and welcoming
• Ensure excellent guest experience

Other Details:

• Successful candidates will be considered for other Basecamp properties at close of Tammah-Yellowstone season
• Basic accommodations may be provided for the 2023 season depending on individual scenarios
• The corporate team is in Utah, but operations staff is onsite at one of our parks for the majority of the summer (potential continued remote work in the off-season)

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
