HCM Cloud Reporting Developer (REMOTE)
ARC Group has an immediate opportunity for a REMOTE HCM Cloud Reporting Developer that has experience in OBTI/OBTI-E & BI Publisher

There are three roles and all are open for 100% Remote

This position is 100% remote working eastern time zone business hours for a client based in FL. This is starting out as a six-month contract position with the strong potential to extend or possibly convert to FTE. HCM Cloud Reporting Developer is responsible for ensuring reporting requirements of the business are met through the use of reporting tools contained within Oracle HCM, ORC and Payroll. Through expert knowledge the HCM Cloud Reporting Developer will help to define and build custom reporting to meet the needs of our business.

Candidates must have permanent work authorization and work for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future. Third party candidates are not eligible for this role.

HCM Cloud Reporting Developer REQUIREMENTS:

• Design, develop, maintain, and deliver key dashboards scheduled and ad hoc reports and queries that meet the business needs of stakeholders and support all areas of HR and other business partners
• Collaborate with the workstream leads to create functional reporting specs that accurately document required functionality
• Build custom OBTI/OBTI-E and XML reports with Oracle HCM cloud
• Create BI publisher reports where requirements cannot be met through out of the box (OOTB)/Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)/OTBI-Enterprise
• Create end user training ensuring that functionality of reports are fully understood when documentation is created
• Support the unit testing and user acceptance testing for Oracle HCM reporting raising/fixing any potential bugs found
• Must demonstrate initiative and effective independent decision-making skills
• Recent experience of report development in Oracle Cloud HCM essential
• Advanced user of OBTI/OBTI-E & BI Publisher
• Understanding and experience of advanced reporting functionality such as bursting and scheduled reports
• Experience creating dashboards in OracleHCM
• Functional experience of Oracle HCM cloud CM with extensive knowledge of HR, Benefits, Compensation and Payroll data is preferred

HCM Cloud Reporting Developer PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The preferred qualifications listed below reflect desired knowledge, skill, and/or experience.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Various Domain experience; Health Care, Financial, etc
• Experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology

HCM Cloud Reporting Developer REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of IT development/programming/coding professional work experience

HCM Cloud Reporting Developer REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or GED

HCM Cloud Reporting Developer Specific skills looking for:

• Recent experience of report development in Oracle Cloud HCM is essential
• Advanced user of OBTI/OBTI-E & BI Publisher
• Define and build custom OBTI/OBTI-E and XML reports with Oracle HCM cloud.
• Working functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Time and Labor
• Support the unit testing and user acceptance testing for Oracle HCM reporting
