Summary

Client is looking for our first People hire to lead the charge on building strong foundations for our most important resource: our teams. As Head of People, you’ll be in charge of making sure we have all the right people onboard and set them up for success. We want to craft a great experience for the entire employee lifecycle - from being a candidate to working at Agot every day. You will be working closely with our leadership team to oversee all our people processes, talent acquisition, and company culture. Our remote-friendly team is distributed across all over the world, and you will be instrumental to continuing to build our company identity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agot’s entire talent acquisition strategy and processes across all teams
• Collaborate with department and team leads in championing a strong, remote-friendly team culture
• Be a trusted partner for leadership team and managers in evolving our organization, including our structure, leveling, career paths, and compensation
• Work hands-on on recruiting for our early, high-impact technical roles
• Recommend the best tools and processes for running all our HR and recruiting functions across the company
• Manage relationships with specialist technical recruiting firms and build out our in-house team where / when it makes sense

About You

• You have 4+ years of experience in HR or talent recruitment
• You have 2+ years full-cycle software technical recruiting experience
• You enjoy the dynamic, fast-paced environment of an early-stage, high-growth startup
• You have proven track record of scaling a rapidly-growing engineering team
• You are hands-on with recruiting and everything in the employee experience
• You are well-spoken, articulate, and have great communication skills
• You are interested and experienced in scaling a diverse, geographically distributed team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $100,000.00 per year
