Dillard's Treasure Coast Square is looking for amazing, motivated people to join their dock and housekeeping team.

Dillard's dock and housekeeping associates are an integral part of providing the best customer experience to our valued guests. The perfect candidate should possess a positive attitude and understand the importance of attendance and punctuality. They will enjoy working with a team, but be able to operate as an individual as well.

This position is a physical position that requires the ability to be able to lift items up to 50lbs. There is a heavy emphasis on cleaning which entails, but is not limited to vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass, cleaning restrooms, trash collection and floor care. Individuals should be comfortable using computers and be prepared to process the store's daily customer shipments, unload and process incoming and outgoing merchandise trucks. Prior experience using a pallet jack and making cardboard bales is a plus, but not required. Individuals must be willing to learn.

In addition to cleaning responsibilities the Dock/Sales Support team is also responsible for dock functions. Some of these functions include, but are not limited to:
Housekeeping functions:

• Restrooms: daily complete cleaning and maintenance of restrooms
• Trash: daily collection and removal of trash in all trash receptacles, inside and outside of store.
• Vacuuming/Mopping-daily vacuuming and mopping of floors
• Dusting
• Cleaning of glass and mirrors
• Carpet and Marble cleaning

Dock Functions:

• Processing and delivering incoming trucks
• Processing and packing outgoing transfer trucks
• Assisting in floor moves
• Moving fixtures
• Light maintenance, such as changing light bulbs and painting
• Processing and preparing store shipments
• Customer pick ups
• Must possess computer skills

Candidates must:

• Have their own reliable transportation
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Have open availability. Monday through Sunday, morning, afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays are required.
• Be able to follow direction
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Have good communication skills
• Be willing to clean
• Must have open availability and be able to work mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
