Job Description
Our Housepersons monitor and maintains high level of cleaning, event areas, storage areas, restrooms and public areas and offices; maintaining the deep cleaning program of vacant rooms and spaces, public spaces, storage areas and rest areas daily and addresses imperfections; completes cleaning of suites according to brand standards and company expectations; Assists in cleaning guest rooms as necessary; Consistently monitor and manage the hotel’s appearance, with quality and attention to detail always in mind; Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas; Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy; Replenish supplies such as guest room items, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items; Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property, and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors; Simultaneously manage several projects to completion; Possess knowledge of all aspects of facility; Participate in team and company meetings; Attends monthly department meetings; Completes projects as determined by Management; Nights, weekends, and holidays required; Have computer skills and the ability to learn hotel operating system, MS office and internet.
