We are looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to assist with all aspects of HR related inquiries and requests. The HR Coordinator at AccuLynx include assisting with the recruiting process, new hire onboarding and other administrative tasks such as payroll and performance management To be successful in this role, you should have excellent administrative and organizational skills along with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Ultimately, you’ll have a hunger to learn all aspects of human resources and be a self starter. This is a hybrid position, based in Beloit, WI, reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all internal and external HR related activities
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, interviewing and onboarding of new employees
- Ensure quarterly reviews are completed on time
- Monthly reporting on HR activities and people metrics
- Serve as backup to payroll and other related processes.
- Assist with annual benefit open enrollment
Skills & Qualifications
- Associates/Bachelors degree preferred
- Working knowledge of HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Excellent organizational ability
- Exposure to Labor Law and other employment regulations
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- 1-3 years of experience working in an HR function
