Our Programs

Protégé Agency Producer Program

• This program offers individuals an opportunity to grow their skills and business knowledge in order to become a Farmers agency owner while working for an existing agency.
• Successful completion of this program will provide the opportunity to become an agency owner; our opportunities include: seed, retail, acquisition, and flex.

Retail Program

• This program offers 36 months of support to new agents and rewards high levels of performance!
• Earn bonuses to assist with branding, lead opportunities, and more!
• Additional bonus opportunities available following the successful completion of this program

Requirements

• Be a goal oriented self starter with a sense of urgency to execute objectives
• Ability to encourage and mentor employees
• Proficient in organization
• Ability to meet sales objectives as established
• Professional communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to obtain insurance licenses- we will pay for training!
• Comfortable pursuing leads from multiple sources
• We have a high volume of clientele that speaks Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese, and Russian. If you are fluent in any of these languages, fit the requirements and job description, we urge you to apply!

Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
