Endeavor Schools has an exciting opportunity for an Acquisitions Integrations Project Manager! This position can be based anywhere in the US but ideally in, or willing to relocate to, Miami, FL. This position is a key role within our Acquisitions & Integrations Team, working with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of school operations as new schools are onboarded. The Project Manager will set up project plans for upcoming integrations and work with key stakeholder to ensure the time tables are being met. The selected candidate must be adept at both executing technical tasks and with cultivating strong relationships with an array of stakeholders.

Essential Tasks

• Partner with the Acquisitions team to obtain valuable information and insights that will assist with the success and velocity of school integrations, understanding that the approach may need to be tailored to the unique needs of each individual school(s).
• Develop strong working relationships with schools and across the Endeavor Support Team. This will entail managing a detailed project plan with deadlines and milestones, securing, and allocating resources, driving weekly and ad hoc project team meetings, providing feedback to the Leadership Team and actively mitigating risk.
• Identify business change needs, assess the impact of those changes, capture, analyze and document requirements, and communicate impact on current operations to key stakeholders.

Experience and Education

• • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent professional experience), with 5+ years' experience working with in an integrations capacity for highly acquisitive organizations
  • Deep experience implementing project management approaches, such as Scrum and Agile; PMP preferred
  • Demonstrated track record successfully managing ambitious strategic and operationally complex projects with project teams composed of a diverse array of stakeholders
  • Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including modeling and data analysis in Excel, advanced presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Experience with the Airtable or equivalent software
  • Flexible, adaptable, and works well in uncertain situations with team members at all levels
  • Exemplary analytical and problem-solving skills
