Job Summary: Support design, implementation, operations, and maintenance of DoD unclassified and classified applications for projects sponsored by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and conducted by Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, Charleston SC. Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation. Apply systems engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management. Configure, operate, backup, patch and maintain system servers and databases. Interface with external and internal team contractors and subcontractors in project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Clearance: Active DoD SECRET security clearance.
• CompTIA® Security+ certification.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. Non-technical BA or BS degree accepted if the candidate has significant technical project work experience.
• Experience: Five to twelve years of relevant technical experience applying principles, methods, and knowledge of specific functional areas of expertise to specific task order requirements.
• Knowledge of systems engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate complex information systems.
• Experience providing high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, training, and implementation advice on complex problems which require expert knowledge of DoD information systems.

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain DoD TOP SECRET security clearance.
• Experience successfully contributing to complex DoD, Navy, NIWC and/or DARPA Science and Technology (S&T) projects.
