Job description
McLaughlin Research Corporation has an opening for a full-time (40 hours/week) entry-level Logistician to support NUWCDIVNPT Code 8553. The successful candidate will have experience performing inventory control tasks including material tracking, maintenance of inventory databases, pulling materials, and preparing material for shipment. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and should be able to work in a team environment that includes both Government and contractor personnel. Previous DoD experience as a Logistician is preferred, but not required.
Job Requirements:
- Previous inventory management and control experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Ability to function independently and as a team member in an active and demanding work environment.
- Experience working with inventory control databases.
- Must be able to meet customer facility COVID requirements.
