Job description

kitchen Staff will produce dough, bake and package cookies, and assist with nationwide shipping, as well as help with cleaning, folding boxes, and various other manager-assigned tasks.

Previous kitchen experience is not required. Training will be offered on the job. A current food handlers card is also a plus; otherwise will be required.

Kitchen Experience is a plus, though not required.

A positive attitude is the only requirement. Excellent product quality is our top priority as well as providing a safe and empowering work environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

· Employees must have the ability to listen to kitchen lead and accurately place cookies into boxes, put cookies onto cookie sheets, carry boxes, work kitchen machinery, and other kitchen duties.

· Physical requirements:

Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs (flour and sugar are heavy!)
Ability to stand, squat, bend, twist, reach, walk, or lean for entirety of shift
Occasional stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, etc. up to 50 lbs
Ability to occasionally bend, twist, reach, and lift items up to 50 lbs
Repetitive motion of the wrists/arms
Ability to take visual and audible cues and maneuver quickly in a small space with hot oven
Must be punctual and have reliable transportation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
