Lead Recruiter
Job description
Must have experience in recruiting and staffing as well as some on-site management experience
This individual will be responsible for recruiting associates as well as managing and communicating with existing associates on a daily basis
Must be able to keep track of hours as well as any discrepancies in attendance
Must have experience in marketing and recruiting and be able to source new associates for different positions on location.
Position will be involved in start up operations so schedule must be flexible first managing shifts 5am-2pm then evolving into a more typical 8-5pm schedule.

sometimes needed on Saturdays to communicate with applicants
$18-20 per hour full time
