Job description
To provide life skills building services for persons with mental illness and addictions, in order to increase functionality in the community. Provide identified services to clients per plan of care, life skills training, engage social supports within the community, coach basic health & safety skills. Enter progress notes, complete State Registration and ANSA documents, maintain appointment book in MIX, and complete billing documentation within timeline identified by policy. Participate in team meetings. Follow designated curriculum when conducting skills training, maintain adequate supplies and materials needed for skills training.Education: High School Diploma or GED. Must be 23 years or older with 1 year experience working with persons with mental illness and addictions.
Experience: Preference given to candidate with experience with recovery and families.

Schedule: Full Time Permanent, Day Shift, Mon-Fri 8a-5p; Weekends off
