Seeking Live-in certified HHA/PCA caregiver to offer services in Home Care cases in Hudson Valley region.

Qualifications:

• Must have NYS certification for PCA & HHA's
• Must be fully vaccinated and boosted against Covid19
• Must be 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Meets health state requirements
• Committed to health & safety
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Positive and compassionate attitude

Responsibilities

• Must be able to read patient's care plan
• Observes and monitors changes in patient condition
• Maintain healthful, safe environment.
• Provide nutritional and environmental support.
• Assist patients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, snacks, toileting etc.
• Provide medication reminders
