I am working with an ethical data tech start-up leveraging machine learning and AI for best practices. This revolutionary company, who received 12 million in funding (cool part - they didn't have to give up any equity in their company), is looking for an extremely talented Machine Learning Engineer who enjoys working on infrastructure and platform-related problems.

THE COMPANY:

This industry-disrupting start-up enables businesses to build privacy preserving recommendations and behavioral technologies competitive to big tech without the use of interpretable raw customer data. They have made its presence known and is predicted to be one of the top 3 companies in the coming years!

THE ROLE:

• You will be the main contributor on the machine learning infrastructure using petabytes of data.
• Feature engineering for machine learning and making the Machine Learning Platform.
• Creating, implementing, and maintaining the machine learning infrastructure.
• Utilizing and maximizing identity graphs.
• Building and deploying Machine Learning models and setting up post-production automatic retraining.
• Iterating on and experimenting with machine learning models.
• Building and maintaining reliable predictive services.
• Implementing analytics pipelines to assess model results.
• Setting up data and cloud environments to make data science more efficient.
• Engineer scalable data and machine learning pipelines.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 6+ years experience in software development and be well-versed in machine learning best practices.
• Experience building and deploying various deep learning models.
• Have worked on many aspects of machine learning and be an expert in one of - recommendation systems, pattern recognition, NLP, or AI.
• Have worked on Machine Learning infrastructure for larger platforms with lots of data.
• Previous experience working with security in the public cloud (aws, gcp, azure).

THE BENEFITS:

A competitive base salary of $220,000 - $230,000 + Bonus + Benefits
