Maintenance Technician - The Ericsson - $2500 Sign on Bonus!!
Job description
KMG Prestige is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Akron. The ideal candidate will strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and timely service requests. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for a wide array of tasks, including but not limited to: the overall maintenance of the apartment communities, developing preventative maintenance programs, responding to service requests, and apartment turns. This full time position pays $20-$23 per hour with a $2500 hiring bonus* in addition to excellent benefits!
What we are looking for:
- HVAC knowledge
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall
- Appliance repair skills
- Knowledge of basic residential repairs
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, mechanical equipment, and more
- Ability to maintain All Uniform Physical Condition Standards and Inspection Codes used by HUD REAC (Real Estate Assessment Center)
- Available for emergency on-call
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills
