The Predictable To-Dos

• Making sushi and other types of Japanese cuisine
• Sushi rice preparation and sushi prep
  
• Consistent high volume through the night
• Possesses thorough knowledge of food menu in order to answer all questions from staff
• Ensures food quality and exceptional presentation
• Ensures that all equipment and facilities are in good working order and is properly maintained
• Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times

You Should Have

• 1 or more years of experience making sushi and other types of Japanese cuisine
• Knowledge and experience with Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques
• A valid Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position
• Must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude
• Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time
