Management Analyst (Journeyman):
The journeyman management analyst shall be capable of providing flexible, responsive, and high-quality management, systems analysis, special operations, and technical support in for AIRWorks. Perform full life-cycle project management activities for AIRWorks’ portfolio of projects in support of Government leads. Provide processes in the areas of project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and tracking. Perform activities to include: development/monitoring/analyzing financial spreadsheets and progress reports, monitor distribution and allocation of funds, procurement tracking, monitor project risks, track project actions, support integrated project change control by maintaining all project documentation. Attend and participate in technical meetings, working groups/design reviews, and briefings on project status. Manage project requirements and ensure requirements are defined, quantifiable, measurable, and traceable to project requirements. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, and prepare procedure manuals to assist in efficient and effective performance.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with three (3) to ten (10) years of experience related to functional duties. Experience in supporting the Government when the Government is the Lead Systems Integrator.
Citizenship/Security Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active Secret clearance.
