The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Client Marketing Managers, Client Success team and Marketing Demand Generation team to build continued client marketing programs that can be used to influence sales and partnership with existing Rx Savings Solutions clients. This role will be integral in identifying gaps in how we tell the member engagement story through testimonials and client/member feedback.

The individual in this position will be an excellent project manager and work independently and collaboratively with teams across Rx Savings Solutions to solidify the member experience story for prospects and current Rx Savings Solutions clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Collaborate with client success team and the Client Program Coordinator on client-related activities including, but not limited to: Open Enrollment, Rolling and Annual Client Surveys, and tracking and reporting results for those projects
    • Support the intake process of individual client campaign requests, information gathering as needed, and project communication internally
    • Drive program strategy for telling client stories to a broader market: how we collect more member feedback and stories, how we manage and distribute client testimonials, producing and sharing case studies and other client/member related stories. Continuously evaluating areas of optimization.
    • Support and QA client data entry in salesforce to support marketing automation and ongoing operational support of client needs/requests.
    • Utilize project management and internal systems to keep aspects of Client Marketing / Member Engagement projects moving, while documenting and communicating feedback to relevant team members
    • Coordinate the development of content that can be used by clients to continue to build awareness and education of Rx Savings Solutions to members, brokers/sales and providers (newsletters, articles, social content).
    • Help develop and maintain documentation for the Client Marketing team.
    • Support team on reporting and presentation needs to keep clients informed and knowledgeable on engagement efforts.
    • Manage vendors as needed to develop and execute special projects.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong project management skills
    • Well-organized, capable of juggling multiple projects, with a passion for learning
    • Self-motivated and self-directed and team player
    • Willingness to adapt to change in a growing company
    • Ability to present and contribute ideas
    • Proven ability to work in team environment
    • Strong business acumen, problem solving and analytical skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail
    • Preferred experience: Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of marketing and/or operational experience with demonstrated increased responsibility
    • Experience working with or at an agency a plus
    • Previous account management experience a plus
    • Previous healthcare experience a plus
