BryceTech is currently looking for a Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert. This position will be supporting a high-visibility ASPR client managing over $2B in portfolio value with a variety of needs including support to the project team, acquisition program, and industry outreach efforts. This role will support the development and management of innovative government programs to expand the industrial base for public health sector medical technology.
- Perform market analysis, industry engagement, requirements definition, cross-agency/department collaboration (FDA, DoD, Commerce, White House), and acquisition process activities to expand current industrial base capacities for medical devices, equipment.
- Perform technical evaluation of subsequent contract proposals and post-award contract monitoring to include proposed supply chain strategies, business strategies, and key management personnel evaluation.
- Serve as the supply chain and logistics liaison for industry engagement to find and cultivate innovative technologies aimed at bringing the latest solutions to future health security threats, such as platform technologies for small molecule and biologics manufacturing.
- Conduct targeted supply chain risk assessments providing suggested disruption mitigation strategies. Areas of focus include disruptive activity such as congestion at sea and airports, road and rail transportation hubs, labor shortages, and inventory shortages.
- Provide weekly supply chain update reports for use across ASPR on both global supply chain conditions and specific medical/pharmaceutical supply chain commodities, as required.
- Provide support for Industry Outreach and Response processes including, but not limited to supply chain risk management and emergency management operations and developments as required
- Support the review of business systems and tools designed to support client operations
- Identify business systems and tools to support project, program, and portfolio operations
- Support Program Management Office operations and serve as the day-to-day point of contact between the client and corporate leadership
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar field. CSCP preferred
- 10+ years’ experience with supply chain analysis and logistics
- Experience with federal government acquisition programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency with all MS Office product and Adobe Acrobat
