All About You::Mosaic's Central Service Center (CSC) is currently seeking a Warehouse Office Administrator to join our growing team! As the Warehouse Office Administrator you will support the Warehouse Operations Manager and work regularly with warehouse,office, and other management staff
What You'll Do::Process daily office administrative functions, including but not limited to the following;
- Motivate, Train, and Support team members
- Processing shipping errors with vendors/stores
- Invoicing and delivery fee processing
- Problem invoice resolution
- Open purchase order reports
- Open sales order reports
- Breakage and Sample write-offs
- Delivery calendar management and communication
- Daily productivity measurements
- Filing
- End-of-day reporting
- Will call and future delivery auditing
- LTL paperwork processing and tracking
- Lead CSC Communications with locations
- General office functions and process improvement
- Assist in all other elements of the CSC as directed.
